This episode recognizes October as Disability Employment Month. In segment one, Philip will talk in more detail as to why Disability Employment Month is so important. In segments 2 through 4 Wally Glascoff, a graduate from Minnesota Independence College & Community will talk with Philip about how he discovered his passion and now works as a pharmacy technician at a hospital. Wally will talk about how he discovered pharmacy work as his special interest, what he does at work, like setting up IV's, and managing his AuDHD needs.
